Ingredients
- Filo dough
- Melted butter – 100 gr
- Egg – 1 pc for greasing
- Sesame seeds
- Powdered sugar for sprinkles
Ingredients for the filling
- Cherry – 300 gr
- Apple – 1 pc
- Apricot – 1-2 pieces
- Sugar – 4-5 tbsp
- Starch – 2 tbsp
- Nuts or raisins as desired
Method of preparation.
1. Boil the filling over low heat until thickened. If it is too liquid, add 2 tbsp of semolina.

2. Take 5 sheets of phyllo dough and brush each with melted butter.

3. Leave the last layer without oil, put the filling, and roll it up.
4. Brush the top with egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
The strudel is ready.
