Ingredients:
- champagne - 250 ml.
- sugar - 25 g
- gelatin - 5 g
- strawberries - 150 g
For the panna cotta:
- gelatin - 7 g
- cream 33% - 300 ml.
- sugar - 100 g
- strawberries - 300 g
Method of preparation:

1. Soak both parts of gelatin in 3 cups of water each.
2. For the champagne jelly, cut 150 g of strawberries into medium-sized pieces.
3. Combine the swollen 5 g of gelatin with the champagne and sugar in a container.

4. Put it on the fire.
5. With constant stirring, bring to dissolve the sugar and gelatin, do not boil.
6. Fix glasses or bowls in additional dishes in a tilted position.
7. Put the strawberries in the glasses and pour the mixture with champagne.

8. Put the whole structure in the refrigerator until it hardens for 2-3 hours.
9. When the jelly has hardened, prepare the panna cotta.
10. Combine 7 g of gelatin with cream and sugar in a ladle.

11. Put it on the fire.
12. Stirring constantly, bring to dissolve the sugar and gelatin. Do not boil either.
13. Beat the strawberries with a blender into a puree.
14. Add a third of the strawberry puree to the cream and stir.

15. Add the remaining portion and mix again.
16. Pour the preparation over the frozen champagne jelly.
17. Put it back in the refrigerator until it hardens for 2-3 hours.
