Strawberry panacotta: a simple dessert that everyone loves

The strawberry season has begun and, accordingly, an incredible number of delicious dishes that can be prepared from it. One of the most common dishes with strawberries is panacotta, a creamy dessert that can be called one of the most popular in the world.

A food blogger with the nickname cook_julija_simonchuk shared on Instagram how to make strawberry panacotta so that everyone will like it. By the way, strawberries can be replaced with other berries in this dessert.

Ingredients for 4 servings

  • Cream 33% - 500 ml
  • Powdered sugar - 80-100 g
  • Vanilla sugar - 1 tsp
  • Gelatin - 8 grams
  • Water - 60 ml
  • Strawberries - 300 g

Additional ingredients

  • Strawberries - 300 g
  • Powdered sugar - 1-2 tbsp.

Method of preparation

1. Pour gelatin with water and leave to swell

2. Pour cream into a heavy-bottomed saucepan, add powdered sugar, vanilla sugar and swollen gelatin.

3. Stir, put on the fire and stir until the gelatin dissolves, but does not boil.

4. Pour into molds and refrigerate until firm.

5. Blend the strawberries with the powder until smooth and spread over the creamy layer before serving.
