A food blogger with the nickname jane_foodblogger knows exactly how to make strawberry jam in a hurry. On Instagram, she posted a recipe that will help you preserve all the vitamins this berry contains.

Ingredients

  • Strawberries - 1 kg
  • Sugar - 1 kg
  • Water - 2-3 tbsp.

Method of preparation

1. Pour water into a frying pan and immediately add clean strawberries. After boiling, stir several times so that the strawberries are covered with water.

2. When the berries are juiced, simmer for 5-8 minutes, depending on how much liquid you want to evaporate.

3. Add the sugar and stir constantly until it dissolves.

4. After the syrup boils, keep it on the fire for 5 minutes, removing the foam.

5. Pour the finished jam into sterilized jars and close the lids.
