Strawberry and arugula salad: how to prepare the perfect summer dish
When you combine the sweetness of strawberries with the bitterness of arugula, you get the perfect summer salad. And if you also use the right dressing, you'll get an incredible dish that you'll want to cook every day while the strawberry season lasts.

Ingredients
- arugula
- strawberries
- baby mozzarella balls
Ingredients for the dressing
- olive oil - 2 tbsp
- balsamic vinegar - 1 tsp.
- mild mustard - ½ tsp.
- salt
- pepper
The way of preparation
1. First, prepare dressing. Mix olive oil, balsamic vinegar and mustard in a separate container. Add salt and pepper to taste and mix until smooth.
2. Wash and dry arugula and strawberries. Cut strawberries in half. If large, cut into 4 pieces.
3. Cut mozzarella in half or leave it whole. Put arugula on a plate and pour the dressing over it. Top with mozzarella and strawberries. Drizzle with dressing.
4. If desired, you can sprinkle with chopped nuts or sesame seeds and dress with balsamic.
