To prevent the dough from being too clogged, you should add another type of flour in addition to wheat flour, as well as green spinach for a bright flavor. Ingredients for the dough:

  • wheat flour - 250 g
  • oat flour - 100 g
  • water - 150 g
  • spinach - 1 bunch
  • salt

Ingredients for the filling:

  • mushrooms - 250 g
  • lentils (cooked) - 200 g
  • onion - 1 pc
  • spinach
  • salt, pepper, oil

Method of preparation:

1. Prepare the spinach juice for the dough: beat the spinach with water in a blender and strain the mixture. You will get 250 g of juice. Do not throw away the remaining spinach.

2. Combine two types of flour, salt and spinach juice.

3. Knead the dough and leave for 30 minutes.

4. Make the filling: fry the chopped onion and mushrooms, mashed (boiled) lentils and spinach in oil for 6-7 minutes.

5. Add salt and pepper.

6. Make dumplings as usual.

7. Boil for 10 minutes.
