Add a few savory ingredients to fresh cucumbers and you have a great appetizer that can replace salads. The vegetables only need to marinate for 30 minutes to get perfectly soaked and still crispy.

The idea of cooking spicy lightly salted cucumbers with apple cider vinegar and garlic was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Kateryna Movchan (katarina_movchan). Also, add a lot of garlic.

Ingredients:

  • cucumbers - 600 g
  • garlic - 2 cloves (grate on a fine grater or pass through a press)
  • sesame seeds - 2 tbsp
  • apple cider vinegar - 2 tbsp
  • soy sauce - 2 tbsp
  • oil - 2 tbsp
  • salt - 1.5 tsp
  • ground red pepper - on the tip of a knife (in general, add to taste)

Method of preparation:

1. Cut the cucumber into halves, halves into halves. And cut into cubes of 5-6 centimeters.

2. Put the cucumbers in a bowl, add salt and mix.

3. Leave for 15 minutes and drain the liquid that has formed.

4. Add the ground red pepper, soy sauce, vinegar, oil, garlic, and sesame seeds to the cucumbers.

5. Stir, cover the bowl with a lid/cling film and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

6. After that, you can eat.
