Soup with meatballs is ideal for a family dinner. Both children and adults love this dish. In the classic version, you just need to cook broth based on meat and vegetables. But it will be much tastier to add cream.

The idea of cooking a hearty creamy soup with meatballs was published on the page of food blogger Victoria with the nickname viktoria__cooking on Instagram. It is delicious to combine meat for meatballs with breadcrumbs. Thus, the products will keep their shape and will not fall apart.

Ingredients for 2 liters:

  • potatoes - 2 pcs.
  • carrots - 1 pc.
  • onion - 1 pc.
  • broccoli - 70 g
  • cream 15% - 200 ml.
  • salt, pepper, bay leaves

Ingredients for the meatballs:

  • minced chicken - 200 g
  • onion - 50 g
  • garlic - 3 cloves
  • breadcrumbs - 30 g
  • pepper
  • paprika

Method of preparation:

1. Fry chopped onion and carrot in butter until golden brown.

2. Meanwhile, add diced potatoes and broccoli florets to boiling water and bring to a boil.

3. Add the roast and continue cooking over low heat.

4. For meatballs, add chopped onion and garlic, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, and paprika to minced meat and mix thoroughly.

5. Form the meatballs and immediately put them into the pan.

6. Add bay leaves.

7. Add salt and pepper and cook for another 10-15 minutes. Then add cream and chopped herbs and stir.

8. When the soup boils, turn off the heat and serve.
