Ingredients for 2 liters:
- potatoes - 2 pcs.
- carrots - 1 pc.
- onion - 1 pc.
- broccoli - 70 g
- cream 15% - 200 ml.
- salt, pepper, bay leaves

- minced chicken - 200 g
- onion - 50 g
- garlic - 3 cloves
- breadcrumbs - 30 g
- pepper
- paprika

1. Fry chopped onion and carrot in butter until golden brown.
2. Meanwhile, add diced potatoes and broccoli florets to boiling water and bring to a boil.

3. Add the roast and continue cooking over low heat.
4. For meatballs, add chopped onion and garlic, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, and paprika to minced meat and mix thoroughly.
