Cook Liza Hlinska shared a delicious, light, bulk pie recipe on her website that will always turn out well, even if you're making it for the first time.
Ingredients:
- apples – 10 pcs.
- butter – 100 g
- brown cane sugar – 50 g
- flour – 200 g
- semolina – 200 g
- sugar – 200 g
- baking powder – 10 g
- salt – 1/3 tsp.
- cinnamon – 1 tsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Peel the apples and grate them on a coarse grater.
2. Put the parchment in a split mold, and grease it with butter.
3. Put the ingredients in layers, alternating them: a layer of dry ingredients, a layer of grated apples, dry ingredients again, apples. Finish with the dry ingredients.
4. Grate the cold butter on a fine grater and sprinkle with cane sugar.
5. Bake the pie in a preheated 180°C oven for 50 minutes.
6. Allow the cake to cool completely, dust it with powdered sugar, and serve with a scoop of ice cream. It will be delicious!
