The idea of making light bruschetta with tomatoes and cheese was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Olena (lenna_mazur). The appetizer is prepared very quickly.

Ingredients:

  • baguette - 1 pc.
  • tomatoes - 300 g
  • garlic - 4 cloves
  • feta - 50 g
  • olive oil - 1 tbsp
  • fresh basil - to taste
  • salt, pepper, oregano

Method of preparation:

1. Roast the baguette for about 7-10 minutes (200 degrees), you can turn it over if the oven heats unevenly.

2. Chop the tomatoes. Add spices, oil and garlic.

3. Mix well.

4. Bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes until the juice inside starts to sizzle a little.

5. Rub the dried piece of baguette with garlic.

6. Put the tomatoes on top.

7. Sprinkle with cheese and chopped basil.
