Simple sauerkraut fuchky: how to cook authentic Ukrainian pancakes

Fuchky are an authentic dish of Ukrainian cuisine. They are made with sauerkraut and look like pancakes. Therefore, the dish is not only very tasty, but also budget-friendly and seasonal.
The idea of making cabbage fuchky was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Eduard Nasirov (my_happyfood).

Ingredients:
- flour - 1 cup
- sugar - 1/2 tbsp/liter
- baking soda/baking powder - 1/3 tsp
- salt, black pepper and cumin - to taste
- eggs - 3 pcs
- milk - 250 ml
- chopped onion - 1 pc
- sauerkraut - 1 cup
- oil - for frying
Sauerkraut for the dish.
Method of preparation:
1. Combine all the ingredients.
Sauce for serving.

2. Mix well.

3. Add the onion and cabbage and mix again.

4. Fry in a little oil over medium heat until golden brown.
