Panna cotta is a simple summer dessert that doesn't require baking. It is based on a delicate creamy mass and jelly. You can add any fruit and berries on top. Fresh raspberries will be the most delicious right now.

Ingredients:

  • 33% cream - 250 ml.
  • milk - 150 ml
  • sugar - 70 g
  • vanilla sugar - 10 g
  • gelatin - 7 g
  • water for gelatin - 50 ml.
  • jelly
  • raspberries - to taste
  • mint for decoration

1. Pour water over gelatin and leave to swell.

2. Mix cream, milk, sugar and vanilla sugar.

3. Cook over low heat but do not boil.

4. When steam starts to appear, remove from heat.

5. Add the gelatin and mix until it dissolves.

6. Cool to room temperature, pour into molds and leave in the refrigerator until firm.

7. Cook the jelly according to the instructions on the package and leave to cool.

8. When the creamy mass is completely frozen, put the raspberries on top.
