A simple cheesecake with cherries would be the perfect summer dessert for tea. You don't have to bake anything because the base is made from cookies. Inside is a delicate milk mass that freezes perfectly in the refrigerator.

The idea of making a simple no-bake cheesecake with sweet cherries was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Anna Tymoshenko (anna timoshenko13). The technology is as simple as possible.
