Simple hearty meat and vegetable dinner dish: 20 minutes to prepare
Meat and vegetables are a versatile set that can feed the whole family. These foods are hearty, healthy, and not too high in calories – just what you need for dinner. But in order not to spend a lot of time cooking with such ingredients, you can make a simple stew. Here, all the ingredients are cooked in one pot quite quickly and without any fuss.

Ingredients:
- chicken fillet – 400 g
- zucchini – 1 pc
- eggplant 1 pc
- onion – 2 pcs
- carrots – 2 pcs
- mushrooms – 6-8 pcs
- tomato – 1 pc
- garlic – 1 pc
- beans – 100 g
Method of preparation:
1. Fry the chicken fillet with onions and grated carrots.
2. Add the spices.
3. Wash and dice the vegetables and place them in the pan one by one.
4. Add 70-100 g of hot water.
5. Add the tomato paste and squeeze the garlic.
6. Simmer under a closed lid for 10-15 minutes.
