Ingredients

  • minced meat - 500 gr
  • carrots - 2 pcs
  • onion - ½ pc
  • tomato sauce - 3 tbsp
  • canned corn - ½ can
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • potatoes - 800 g
  • milk - 100 ml
  • hard cheese - 50 g

Method of preparation

1. Peel and boil the potatoes until tender.

2. Drain the water, add milk, salt, and mash the potatoes with a potato masher. You can also use yesterday's mashed potatoes.

3. Fry finely chopped onions and carrots in vegetable oil.

4. Add the minced meat and fry, stirring a wooden spatula.

5. When the minced meat is almost ready, add salt and tomato sauce.

6. Put the following ingredients in a baking dish in layers: minced meat, corn, mashed potatoes, grated cheese.

7. Put it in a preheated to 180 degrees oven for 20-30 minutes or until the cheese turns golden.
