Method of preparation:
1. First, the sea buckthorn should be washed and cleaned of twigs, tails and leaves.
2. At this stage, beat the sea buckthorn with an immersion blender until smooth.
3. Pour the resulting sea buckthorn juice into an ice cube tray.
4. Freeze the sea buckthorn.

- water - 80 ml
- cinnamon - 1 stick
- orange - 1 pc.

Method of preparation:
1. If you use fresh sea buckthorn berries, you need to wash, dry and mash them to release the juice.
2. Then cut the orange in half and add half the juice to the sea buckthorn.
3. Meanwhile, bring the water to a boil and pour it over the sea buckthorn.
4. Add cinnamon to the tea. Cover with a lid and let it brew for 10 minutes.
5. Pour the finished tea into cups. Serve with orange slices and mint leaves.
