Sausage chops: how to cook a hearty dish

Chops can be made not only from meat and liver, but also from sausages. All you need to do is cut them into slices and dip them in batter.

The ingredients:

• Sausages with cheese
• Eggs - 2 pcs.
• Mayonnaise - 3 tbsp
• Flour - 140 g
• Milk - 50 ml
• Salt - 1/2 tsp
• Sugar - 1/2 tsp
• Butter

Method of preparation:

1. Batter: mix eggs, salt, sugar, milk and mayonnaise in a deep bowl. Beat everything thoroughly and add the flour, mix until smooth.

2. Cut the sausages.

3. Dip each one in the batter and fry in a frying pan with vegetable oil until nicely browned.

Place on a paper towel to catch the excess oil!
