- Baguette - 1 pc.
- Creamy cottage cheese - 150 g
- Feta - 1\2 p
- Tomatoes - 2 pcs.
- Lettuce leaves
- Cherry tomatoes
- Salmon/tuna in its own juice - 1 can
- Salami
- Blue grapes
- Avocado
- Sesame seeds
- Pumpkin seeds
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the baguette into pieces and fry on a grill or dry frying pan.
2. Grease each piece with feta.
3. Put the filling (you can combine to your own taste): Layer 1 - lettuce, salami, cherry tomatoes, sesame seeds, layer 2 - salmon, avocado, herbs, layer 3 - grapes, pumpkin seeds, layer 4 - chopped tomato and feta, sesame seeds, herbs.

- Shrimp
- Avocado
- Sun-dried tomatoes
- Lemon juice
- Cream cheese
- Salt and pepper
Method of preparation:
1. Fry the ciabatta in butter or stew on the grill.
2. Fry the shrimp with salt and pepper.
3. Mash the avocado with a fork with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
4. To assemble the bruschetta: spread the bread with cheese, put the avocado on one part, on the other – a piece of sun-dried tomato, and top with shrimp.
