Salty syrniki for a snack in 20 minutes: how to cook a hearty dish
Syrniki are not just a breakfast or dessert dish. They can be deliciously prepared as a salty snack, topped with hard cheese, vegetables, and herbs.
One of the nutrition blogs(pp_body11) posted a recipe on Instagram for salty syrniki with vegetables and Parmesan cheese, which are golden, perfectly shaped, and very satisfying.
Ingredients:
- cottage cheese 5% - 250 g
- egg - 1 pc.
- rice flour - 60 g
- Parmesan cheese - 40 g
- cauliflower - 80 g
- carrots - 40 g
- dill - 20 g
- sour cream 15% - 2 tsp
- salt
Method of preparation:
1. Add the egg to the cottage cheese, mix thoroughly and leave for 10 minutes.
2. Meanwhile, grate the carrots and cheese, chop the cauliflower and dill.
3. Add the vegetables and Parmesan to the cheese mixture, season with salt and mix thoroughly.
4. Form and fry the syrniki in a dry frying pan for a few minutes.
5. Then put the syrniki on a baking sheet and bake at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
