But if you choose to start your day with salty foods, oatmeal is also worth choosing, but you need to change the preparation a little.

- flattened oatmeal - 100 g
- Circassian cheese - 150 g
- boiled white beans - 100 g
- crumbled cheese - 60 g

Method of preparation:
Cooking Circassian cheese for the dish
1. Cook beans or chickpeas.
Flattened oatmeal for the dish
2. Cook oatmeal (it will be the easiest in a multicooker).
Avocado that goes perfectly with oatmeal
3. Divide all the ingredients into two bowls, stir and season with lemon juice.
