On Instagram, MasterChef judge Vladimir Yaroslavsky shared a recipe for salty cheesecakes with spinach and thyme, the taste of which will definitely surprise you.

Recipe for salty syrnyky

Ingredients:

  • oat flour - 35 g
  • cottage cheese - 300 g
  • eggs - 1 pc.
  • spinach - 100 g
  • parsley - 100 g
  • fresh thyme - 1 bunch
  • oil - 1-2 tbsp
  • salt - to taste

Method of preparation:

  1. Wash the greens, remove coarse stems, pour boiling water over them, put them in a colander, and let them dry.
  2. Throw them into a blender, add an egg, and blend well.
  3. Put the mixture into a bowl, add cottage cheese, salt, and oatmeal, and mix.
  4. Use your hands to form the pancakes, sprinkle with flour, and fry until golden brown on both sides.

The dish will be very tasty if you add sour cream and salmon.
