The salty cheesecake presented in this recipe cannot be classified as a salad. Nor can it be called an appetizer. Whatever it is, the dish is incredibly tasty. It also brings aesthetic pleasure because it looks beautiful.

A food blogger with the nickname cook_with_me_at_home told us how to make a salty cheesecake. On Instagram, she also showed how to decorate the dish so that it can be a centerpiece for any table.

Ingredients:

  • Red caviar or imitation caviar

Ingredients for the base:

  • Salted crackers - 150 gr
  • Butter - 75-85 gr

Ingredients for the filling:

  • Cream cheese - 280 gr
  • Crab sticks - 200 gr
  • Red fish s\s - 180 gr + for decoration

The way of preparation:

1. Grind the crackers in a blender until they become crumbs. Add the melted butter. Mix and press into the bottom of the split ring (d18cm). Put in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

Put the base into the mold.

2. During this time, prepare the filling. Tear the crab sticks into strips.

3. Dice the red fish. Add the cream cheese and mix until smooth.

4. Put the resulting mass on a cracker base and refrigerate for at least 3 hours, or better yet, overnight.

5. Remove the culinary ring, you can run a knife along the edge of the mold to make the cheesecake come off.

6. Make roses from the fish strips and place them in the center.

Decorate the cheesecake.
