Safe homemade mayonnaise in 10 minutes: what to add
Mayonnaise is a delicious, light sauce that is the perfect dressing for many salads. But it is best to make it at home from natural products. Only then can you be sure of its safety.
Food blogger Anna shared a recipe for a perfect, homemade mayonnaise with boiled vegetables that takes only 5-10 minutes to prepare on Instagram.
Hard-boiled egg yolks will give the mayonnaise a bright, pleasant yellow color!
Cooking tip: all ingredients should be at room temperature!
Ingredients:
- hard-boiled yolks - 4 pcs.
- milk - 120 ml
- vegetable oil - 360 ml
- salt - 1/2 tsp.
- sugar - 1 tsp.
- mustard - 1 tsp.
- lemon juice - 1.5 tbsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Pour salt, sugar, milk and oil into a suitable mixing bowl.
2. Using an immersion blender, beat the mixture until it thickens and turns white.
3. Mix the yolks with the lemon juice and mustard, mash with a fork, add to the egg mixture and beat well again.
4. Transfer the finished mayonnaise to a glass jar and store in the refrigerator.
You can store homemade mayonnaise in the refrigerator for up to 5-6 days.
