According to experts, breakfast is the main meal of the day, so it should be as hearty, tasty, and healthy as possible. The ideal foods for this are cottage cheese, eggs, cereals, vegetables, herbs, berries, and fruits. You can easily prepare omelets, pancakes, syrnyky, and milk porridge with them.
Food blogger Kateryna (katyamull) shared a recipe for a delicious, hearty and healthy omelet with spinach and shrimp, which you can prepare in 10 minutes, on Instagram (to watch the video, scroll to the end).
Ingredients:
- 15-33% cream - 50 ml
- eggs - 2 pcs
- spinach - 30 g
- peeled shrimp - 5 pcs
- cream cheese - 20 g
- butter - 10 g
Method of preparation:
1. Wash the spinach and dry it.
2. Beat the eggs in a blender. Add the spinach and cream and beat again until smooth.
3. Heat a frying pan. Melt the butter and fry the shrimp.
4. Pour the egg and spinach mixture into a preheated frying pan, cover and simmer over medium heat for 2-3 minutes.
5. Put the finished omelet on a plate, grease well with cream cheese, put the shrimp on top, roll up and cut .
The dish will be very tasty and satisfying.
