Ingredients:
- Minced turkey - 450 g

- Dried oregano - 2 tsp.
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp.
- Feta
For the sauce:
- Yogurt - 3\4 cups.
- Lemon zest - 1 tsp.
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Salt
Method of preparation:
1. Mix all the ingredients for the meatballs.
2. Separately cut the feta into cubes.
3. Form balls and place a feta cube in the middle.
4. Fry on both sides.
5. For the sauce: mix all the ingredients. Serve with the meatballs.
Lemon cardamom meatballs with garlic tahini sauce
Ingredients:
- Minced lamb - 450 g
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Eggs - 1 pc.
- Zest of 1 lemon
- Pine nuts - 1/3 tbsp
- Red onion
- Fresh cilantro
- Salt
- Pepper
- Cinnamon
- Cardamom
For the sauce:
- Tahini - 1/2 tbsp.
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Warm water - 1/4 cup
- Salt
Method of preparation:
1. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees.
2. Chop the onion, garlic and herbs.
3. Beat the egg separately.
4. Mix all the ingredients for the meatballs. Form into balls.
5. Fry the meatballs on both sides.
6. Put on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for about 12-15 minutes.
7. For the sauce, mix all the ingredients and add water gradually to get a sufficiently liquid mass.
