Quick sausage and pea soup: how to prepare the first dish in a few minutes

A food blogger with the nickname recepti_dariko shared how to make a first course with green peas and sausages so that everyone would definitely like it on Instagram. The result is a light but nutritious soup that will taste great even in summer.
Ingredients
- broth or water - 2.5 liters
- green peas - 400 gr
- sausages - 5 pcs
- potatoes - 3-4 pcs
- carrots - 1 pc
- onions - 1 pc
- spices for stewing - 1 tsp
- salt
- pepper
- bay leaf
- fresh herbs
- butter for serving
How to cook
1. Peel and dice the potatoes and carrots. Put them in a saucepan.
2. Peel the onion and add it to the pot.
3. Add water or broth. Add salt, pepper, other spices and bay leaf.
4. Cook for 15 minutes after boiling, constantly removing the foam.
5. Remove the bay leaf and onion and add the young peas. Cook for 7 minutes.
6. Add the sliced sausages. Cook for 5 minutes.
7. Add fresh chopped herbs. Turn off the heat and let it brew for 5 minutes.
8. Before serving, add a piece of butter to the plate.
