Quick pizza with egg and vegetables for breakfast according to Lana Fore's recipe
Breakfast should always be hearty and easy to prepare. It can include cereals with berries, cottage cheese, healthy sandwiches, pies with seasonal berries, fruits, and vegetables, as well as cheesecakes and casseroles.
Nutritionist Lana Fore has shared on her website a recipe for a delicious and quick dish that is ideal for breakfast – pizza with vegetables and eggs.
Ingredients:
- whole wheat flour cake - 1 pc.
- eggs - 1 pc.
- sweet pepper - 30 g
- tomatoes - 30 g
- mushrooms - 30 g
- sugar - a pinch
- leek - 30 g
- tomato puree - 1 tbsp
- grated cheese - 1 tbsp.
- lettuce leaves - 5-7 pcs.
- oil - 1 tbsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Wash the vegetables and cut them into small pieces, onion into rings.
2. Put the finished crust on a baking sheet, put the vegetables on it, add the tomato, and sprinkle with grated cheese.
3. Important – leave the center of the crust empty, break the egg there.
4. Put the dish in the oven for 10 minutes at 200°C.
Before serving, add lettuce leaves to the dish and sprinkle with pepper if desired.
