Quick pita bread, cheese and herb pie for a snack: easy to prepare
Pies are an ideal alternative to bread. They can be made from different doughs and even with pita bread. You can use fish, mushrooms, meat, onions, eggs, seafood, vegetables for the filling.

Ingredients:
- pita bread - 4-5 pcs.
- cottage cheese - 350 g
- any greens - a bunch
- salt - 0.5 tsp
- sesame seeds - 2 tbsp.
- granulated garlic - 1 tsp.
Filling:
- milk - 250 ml
- butter - 50 g
- eggs - 2 pcs.
- flour - 2 tbsp.
- salt - 1/2 tsp.
Method of preparation:
1. For the filling, chop the greens. Mash the cottage cheese with a fork, add herbs and garlic and mix.
2. Heat the milk, but do not boil. Add 2 eggs and melted butter and stir.
3. Put one pita bread sheet on the bottom of the mold, top with cheese and herbs, pour the filling over, and then tear the second sheet of pita bread into pieces on top. Then add the filling and pita bread again and so on until you run out of ingredients.
4. Bake at 160°C for 45 minutes.
It is worth noting that this pie can also be made sweet with banana or apples or other fruit to your taste!
