The pigtail pie with eggs and green onions is very tasty, hearty and quick to prepare. It is based on ready-made puff pastry and a rather juicy filling. This dish can be served both as a standalone and with first courses.

Ingredients:
- eggs - 6 pcs
- green onions
- salt, pepper, sesame seeds
- egg yolk (for greasing)
- puff pastry without yeast
Method of preparation:
1. Boil the eggs and cut them into cubes.
2. Chop the green onions and lightly fry them in butter.
3. Mix the eggs with the onions, adding salt and pepper. This will be the filling for the pie.
4. Lightly roll out the puff pastry and cut it on both sides. Put the filling and wrap the sides of the dough to form a pigtail.
5. Brush the cake with egg yolk and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
6. Bake at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
