Ingredients:

  • small cucumbers – 1 kg
  • garlic
  • dill
  • salt – 1 tbsp with a slide
  • sugar – 0.5 tbsp
  • hot pepper – half

Method of preparation:

1. Wash the cucumbers.

2. Cut off the tips.

3. Put the vegetables in the bag.

4. Add chopped herbs.

5. Squeeze the garlic.

6. Add salt, sugar, and hot pepper in circles.

7. Mix everything well.

8. Twist the bag and shake it several times.

9. Put in the refrigerator for 4 hours.
