To make fluffy and light pancakes, add baking soda and baking powder to the dough.

Ingredients:

  • flour – 125 g
  • kefir – 200 ml
  • sugar – 1 tbsp
  • baking powder – 1/2 tsp
  • baking soda – 1/2 tsp
  • eggs – 1 pc

Method of preparation:

1. Beat the egg, add kefir, sugar, baking powder, and baking soda. Then add the flour, stir again, and leave the dough for 10 minutes to form bubbles.
