To make fluffy and light pancakes, add baking soda and baking powder to the dough.
Ingredients:
- flour – 125 g
- kefir – 200 ml
- sugar – 1 tbsp
- baking powder – 1/2 tsp
- baking soda – 1/2 tsp
- eggs – 1 pc
Method of preparation:
1. Beat the egg, add kefir, sugar, baking powder, and baking soda. Then add the flour, stir again, and leave the dough for 10 minutes to form bubbles.
2. Heat a frying pan, spoon out the batter, and fry the pancakes until golden on both sides.
Serve the dish hot, with any jam, sour cream, or condensed milk!
