- warm milk - 130 ml
- yeast - 6 g
- sugar - 20 g
- flour - 400 g

1. First, make the starter. Pour warm milk into a bowl, add yeast and sugar, and mix. Cover and leave for 10-15 minutes until a cap is formed.
2. Then pour the starter into a larger bowl, add the melted and cooled butter, pumpkin puree, and sugar, and mix everything.
Divide the dough into parts.

3. Sift the flour and knead a soft, elastic dough.
4. Leave for 1 hour. The dough will double in size.
