You can cook everything from pumpkin - from mashed potatoes, soups, pies, cheesecakes, dumplings to drinks. But children often don't like pumpkin, but it can always be prepared in such a way that they will be happy to eat pumpkin dishes.

Casserole recipe

Ingredients:

  • potatoes - 300-400 g
Chicken eggs
  • pumpkin - 400 g
  • sweet pepper - 1 pc.

Spices for vegetables
  • green onions

Filling:

  • eggs - 2 pcs.

  • milk - 150 g

  • hard cheese - 50 g

Method of preparation:

1. Dice the potatoes and boil until tender in salted water.

2. Cut the pumpkin into cubes, pepper into strips, onion into small cubes, fry everything until soft, season with salt and pepper.

3. Filling: beat eggs with salt, add milk, spices and grated cheese, mix well.
