Classic cottage cheese casserole is most often made with flour. The mass holds its shape perfectly and is fluffy. But if you want to make the casserole more dietary, you can replace this ingredient.

The idea of making a fluffy cottage cheese casserole without flour was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Kateryna Movchan. Use semolina instead of flour.

Ingredients:

  • cottage cheese (preferably 5-9% fat) - 1 kg.
  • eggs - 5 pcs.
  • sour cream - 200 g
  • sugar - 200 g
  • vanilla sugar - 10 g
  • semolina - 60 g
  • zest of one orange
  • raisins - 100 g
  • dried apricots - 100 g

Method of preparation:

1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

2. Combine cottage cheese, eggs, sour cream, and regular and vanilla sugar in a bowl.

3. It is better to do it with a mixer.

4. Add semolina and stir the mixture.

5. Wash raisins and dried apricots well.

6. Cut the dried apricots into small cubes.

7. Add orange zest, dried apricots and raisins to the curd mass and mix well again.

8. Grease a baking dish with butter and pour the mixture into it.

9. Level with a spoon and put in the oven to bake for 45 minutes (up and down mode without convection).

10. Turn off the oven and open the door slightly.

11. Leave the casserole to cool.

12. Serve.
