If you're tired of cooking regular pasta, try ptitim. These are small baked pasta products that are somewhat reminiscent of bulgur. They will never lose their shape and flavor and retain them even when reheated.

A food blogger with the nickname tania_sheremet_ knows how to cook ptitim deliciously. On Instagram, she shared a recipe for a creamy sauce that is perfect for this pasta.

Ingredients:

  • Ptitim – 130-150 gr
  • Spinach – 75 gr
  • Mushrooms – 250 gr
  • Cherry tomatoes – 100 g
  • Soy sauce – 1 tbsp
  • Cream 20% – 150-200 ml
  • Parmesan cheese – 70 g
  • Garlic – 3 cloves
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Method of preparation:

1. Pour the ptitim into boiling salted water and cook for 15 minutes.

2. Heat the oil and add the crushed garlic, fry until golden brown and remove from the pan.

3. Put the mushrooms, cut into large pieces, in the same pan and fry over high heat until the liquid evaporates.

4. Add spinach, cherry tomatoes, chopped garlic, and fry for about 3 minutes.

5. Pour in the hot cream, add soy sauce, salt and pepper to taste.

6. As soon as the mass begins to boil, add the ptitim and cheese. Simmer for 3 minutes and serve.
