Pour pie with fish and cabbage for those on a diet: the easiest recipe for a healthy dish
Saltpies can be not only a delicious addition to soups, but also an alternative to bread. They can be made from different doughs and with different fillings. It is best to use healthy vegetables, such as broccoli, and not meat, but fish, so the dish will be hearty, but not heavy.
Nutritionist Nataliia shared on Instagram a recipe for a delicious bay pie with tomatoes, cheese, salmon and broccoli, which can be eaten even by those who are on a diet.
Ingredients:
- Salmon - 300 g
- Broccoli - 500 g
- Cherry tomatoes - 200 g
- Hard cheese - 200 g
- Parmesan - 50 g
- Eggs - 5 pcs.
- Milk - 150 g
- Corn flour - 150 g
- Kefir - 50 g
- Garlic - 2 cloves.
- Salt, pepper - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Boil broccoli for about 5-7 minutes.
2- Sprinkle salmon with spices, and bake for 20-30 minutes.
3. After cutting everything into medium-sized pieces.
4. Dough: mix the flour, eggs and kefir, salt.
5. Sauce: beat the eggs with the milk, add salt, pepper, grated hard cheese and Parmesan, grated garlic, mix everything.
6. Grease the mold with butter, place the dough in it and bake for 10 minutes at 180 C. Then place broccoli, fish and tomatoes on the pastry, pour the sauce over it and sprinkle grated cheese on top.
7. Bake the pie for 30 minutes at 180 C.
