Potato zrazy with an unusual filling: how to cook a dish in a new way
An alternative to pies and pies is homemade potato zrazy, which can be made not only with minced meat. To make the dough homogeneous, you need to choose the right kind of potato and add only 1 egg.
Cook Tetiana shared on Instagram a recipe for delicious zrazy with suluguni cheese and mushrooms, which will turn out to be very satisfying.
Ingredients:
- potatoes - 1 kg
- eggs - 1 pc.
- flour - 2-3 tbsp
- salt, pepper, dried garlic - to taste
For the filling:
- mushrooms - 500 g
- suluguni cheese - 150 g
Method of preparation:
1. Peel the potatoes, cover with water, salt and boil until fully cooked. Drain and mash the potatoes, add the egg, salt, pepper, dried garlic and mix well. Then add the flour and mix again.
2. Finely chop the mushrooms and fry until crispy. Season with salt and pepper, let cool and add grated cheese.
3. Sprinkle the work surface with flour, form dough balls, mash with your fingers and put the filling, seal the edges so that the filling does not fall out.
4. Fry the finished zrazy on medium heat on both sides until golden brown.
