Ingredients:

  • potatoes - 1 kg
  • eggs - 1 pc.
  • flour - 1 tbsp
  • salt, pepper
  • garlic - 4 cloves
  • fried onions and cracklings (for serving)

Sauce:

  • 15% sour cream
  • fresh cucumber
  • garlic - 4-5 cloves
  • herbs (dill or parsley)
  • salt and pepper

1. Grate the potatoes, then grind the mass with an immersion blender and squeeze out the excess liquid.
