  • Potatoes - 800 gr
  • Cottage cheese - 450-500 g
  • Eggs - 2 pcs
  • Flour - 250 g
  • Salt - to taste
  • Pepper - to taste
  • Lard\barrel - for frying
  • Green onions - for serving

How to cook

1. Boil the potatoes in their skins, peel and grate them on a fine grater.

2. Add cottage cheese, eggs, salt and pepper. Stir the dough until smooth.

3. Gradually add the sifted flour. Knead.

4. Tear off a piece of dough and form a sausage.

5. Cut the sausage into pieces and form them into balls.

6. Make an indentation with your finger and put it in salted boiling water to cook for 1-2 minutes.

7. Add butter, sprinkle with cracklings and green onions.
