  • sour cream - 500 g
  • gelatin - 25 g (1 pack)
  • sugar
  • water - 130-150 ml
  • vanilla - to taste

Method of preparation:

1. Prepare the jelly according to the proportions indicated on the package.

2. Pour into 3 different molds and refrigerate until completely set (3-3.5 hours)

4. Pour warm, boiled water over it, leave for 5 minutes, and stir until it dissolves completely. If it doesn't work, you can heat the mixture in a water bath.

6. Whip the sour cream with sugar and vanilla until the sugar is completely dissolved.

7. Pour in the gelatin while whisking.
