Pan pizza on sour cream dough
Ingredients:
- sour cream- 8 tbsp
- eggs - 2 pcs
- flour - 9 tbsp
- salt - 1/3 tsp
- any filling
Method of preparation:
1. Mix all the ingredients for the dough.
2. Grease a frying pan with olive oil, pour in the dough, fry for 3 minutes over moderate heat under a closed lid to set the dough.
3. Prepare your favorite filling.
4. Add tomatoes, sausage, sprinkle with plenty of cheese, cover and cook for 5-7 minutes over low heat to prevent the pizza from burning and the cheese from melting.
5. Sprinkle with herbs before serving.
Pizza on a pita bread pan
Ingredients:
- pita bread
- eggs
- sausage
- tomato
- mayonnaise
- mozzarella cheese
Method of preparation:
- Cut pita bread, add beaten eggs, mix.
- Put it on a preheated frying pan and fry for a few minutes, turn it over with a plate.
- Spread with your favorite sauce.
- Put sausage, tomatoes, mayonnaise, sprinkle with cheese.
- Cover and cook for a few minutes over low heat.
- Sprinkle with herbs.
