- greens – 20 g
- cottage cheese – 60 g
- sour cream 15% – 25 g
- pita bread – 165 g (1 sheet)

- butter – 5 g
- salt – to taste
- eggs – 1 pc
- sesame seeds for decoration

Method of preparation:
1. Boil the potatoes, and drain the water.
2. Add greens, sour cream, protein, eggs, and oil.
