Pie without dough: when you don't want to work with flour

Sometimes you don't want to work with dough at all, but you want to please your family with something delicious. In such cases, a recipe for a pie that doesn't contain a single gram of flour is perfect.

The recipe for this interesting pie was shared by food blogger Olha Ryabenko. On Instagram, she told us what to make the base for the pie.

Ingredients for the base:

• Chicken fillet – 2 pieces
• Garlic – 3 cloves
• Hard cheese – 150 gr

• Spices for chicken – 1 tbsp
• Water – 50 ml
• Butter – 10 gr

Ingredients for the filling:

• Onions – 5 pcs
• Blue onion – 1 pc
• Green onions – 1 bunch
• Spinach – 150 gr
• Salt
• Pepper
• Dried garlic – 1 tsp
• Mozzarella – 130 gr
• Boiled eggs – 3 pcs

Ingredients for the filling:

• Eggs – 2 pcs
• Cream cheese – 180 g

Method of preparation:

1. In a blender, grind the meat with garlic and cheese. Pour in water, add salt and pepper.

2. Put the minced meat, flatten, and form into shape.

3. Bake at 180° for 35 minutes.

4. Chop all types of onions and fry until they are fully cooked. Add spinach, salt and pepper 2 minutes before cooking.

5. Mix eggs with cream cheese in a separate bowl.

6. Put the onion and spinach in another bowl. Add the chopped mozzarella and pour in the filling. Mix well and bring to taste.

7. Put the filling and halved boiled eggs on the meat.

8. Bake at 180° for 25 minutes.
