Ingredients for a 3 liter jar:

  • salt - 1 tbsp with a slide
  • sugar - 5 tbsp
  • vinegar - 100 g
  • dill
  • peas

Method of preparation:

1. Put water to boil

2. Rinse zucchini and cut into circles.

3. Put into liter jars.

4. Pour boiling water over each one.

5. Wait 5-10 minutes, pour back into the pot, it will still be needed.

6. Pour in new clean boiling water and wait again for 5-10 minutes.

7. Pour the water out this time - you don't need it anymore.

8. In the jars to zucchini put a few peas of pepper and dill.

9. The water that was drained the first time, boil again.

10. Add salt, sugar and vinegar.

11. Stir and fill the jars with this syrup.

12. Close the jars with a key.
