Pickled tomatoes in a day: the easiest recipe for a delicious snack
Tomatoes can be used not only to make delicious salads, snacks, and sauces. They can also be pickled.
A chef shared a recipe for delicious pickled tomatoes that can be eaten in a few hours on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- tomatoes - 1250 g
- water - 500 g
- sugar - 50 g
- salt - 25 g
- garlic - 15 g
- 9% vinegar - 50 g
- parsley - 50 g
- chili pepper - 15 g
Method of preparation:
1. Make cuts on the tomatoes, put them in a bowl, pour boiling water over, leave for 1 minute, and then put immediately in cold water with ice.
2. Peel them and place in a slider bag.
3. Then add the chopped chili pepper, squeezed garlic, and parsley.
4. For the marinade, add vinegar, salt and sugar to the water and stir until completely dissolved.
5. Pour the marinade into a bag, close it and let it sit in the refrigerator overnight.
These tomatoes will become more delicious every day and can be stored for a week!
