Pickled cucumbers with mineral water: very crispy and flavorful
If you want to quickly pickle cucumbers so that they remain crisp and have a nice color, you should use mineral water. This is a fairly budget-friendly idea that doesn't require a lot of time or a lot of ingredients. Moreover, you can eat the ready-made vegetable in a day.

Ingredients:⠀
- small hard cucumbers - 1 kg
- carbonated mineral water without foreign odors - 1.5 liters
- dill - a large bunch
- garlic - 1 head
- sea or rock salt, noniodized - 2-3 tbsp
- hot pepper - 1 pc
Method of preparation.
1. Chop half a bunch of greens coarsely.
2. Put in a container and top with cucumbers.
3. Chop the garlic coarsely and add it to the cucumbers with the peel.
4. Add the cleaned pepper and cover with the second part of the dill.
5. Dissolve the salt in a separate bowl with mineral water and pour over the cucumbers. They should be completely covered.
6. Cover and refrigerate for a day. If left warm, you can eat them in the morning.
