Pickled buttercup mushrooms for the winter
Buttercup mushrooms are ideal for preserving for the winter. In addition to being quick and easy to prepare, they are also very nutritious, go well with side dishes, and are stored well.

Ingredients:
- buttercup mushrooms
Marinade:
- water - 1 liter
- salt - 3 tbsp
- sugar - 2 tbsp
- vinegar - 100 ml
- peppercorns
- bay leaves
- allspice - 2-4 pieces
Method of preparation:
1. The mushrooms should be dry. Remove the film on the caps and the "skirts" on the stalks. Wash them under running water.
2. Cover the mushrooms with water and boil for 20 minutes. After that, drain the water, pour clean water over and cook for another 15 minutes.
3. Meanwhile, mix all the ingredients for the marinade.
4. Mix the boiled mushrooms with the marinade and boil for 20 minutes.
5. Put the ready-made mushrooms in sterile jars. Close them with lids hermetically.
