Ingredients

  • Warm water – 500 ml
  • Olive oil – 100 ml
  • Dry yeast – 10 grams
  • Sugar – 2 tsp
  • Salt – 2 tsp
  • Flour – 800-900 g

Method of preparation.

1. Combine all the ingredients in a deep bowl and knead the dough.

2. Cover the dough with cling film or a kitchen towel and set aside in a warm place for 30 minutes.

3. Punch down the dough to allow it to take on air and set aside again for 1 hour, or until it has doubled in volume.
