How to make chocolate nutella paste
Rumor has it that nutella was born in the 90s. It was a favorite delicacy of children, who loved to spread it on bread or just eat it from a jar. Nutella was used as a dressing for cakes, waffles and topping. And despite its rather long history, the dessert is still in demand, with housewives still looking for the perfect recipe for chocolate paste.
Food blogger Anna Stankevych shared her recipe for chocolate nutella. It was posted on Instagram.
Nutella is most often eaten with bread
Ingredients:
- Hazelnuts - 200 g
- Dark chocolate - 100 g
- Powdered sugar - 70 g
- Butter - 50 g
- Milk powder - 1 tbsp.
Chocolate paste can be combined with many desserts
Method of preparation:
- Put the hazelnuts in the oven for 8-10 minutes at 200 degrees. Let cool and peel off the husk.
- Mix chocolate, butter and powdered sugar in a water bath until smooth. Optionally, add a tablespoon of milk powder to make the paste more tender.
- Beat the peeled nuts in a blender. Add chocolate a little at a time and beat until smooth.
- Pour the finished paste into a jar and close it tightly.
- Store at room temperature for up to 1 month.
