Perfect goulash: a flavorful meat dish made from affordable products

Goulash is a delicious meat dish familiar to everyone since childhood. The gravy is extremely flavorful and tasty and goes with any side dish.
A food blogger with the nickname inna_la.food shared her recipe for the perfect goulash. On Instagram, she explained what ingredients are needed for this.
Ingredients
- Pork – 500 gr
- Onion – 1 pc.
- Tomato paste – 70 g
- Flour – 2 tbsp.
- Spices for meat
- Salt
- Water – 200 ml
Method of preparation
1. Cut the meat into large pieces and fry in a frying pan heated with oil.
2. Add salt, pepper and spices to the meat. Fry until golden brown. Add the tomato paste.
3. Fry the flour in a separate dry frying pan and add it to the meat in the tomato.
4. Add one glass of cold water. Cover and simmer until the meat is fully cooked.
